The cover, co-designed with Jack Kirby, is bold and dynamic. The interior work showcases Wood at the height of his craft: clean lines, masterful composition, genuine cinematic weight. He would also introduce the now-classic red Daredevil costume in the following issue, making this the last issue with the original yellow-and-black design — a minor costume change is noted on the label.
